Yes, I’m still in Melbourne and I can’t tell you how many times I say to God,
“LORD, who am I for You to give me this amazing opportunity to be able to invest in the lives of these young men and women?”
I’m constantly in awe God’s mercy and grace!
The beautiful girls you see in the picture are 13 to 17 year olds I ministered on Wednesday night. They came from different churches. They are precious and very bright girls!
Thursday and Friday night, I had an amazing time with young men and women, 18 to 30 years old, who came from different area churches. I completely forgot to take a picture yesterday night and I will tell you why. You see, yesterday night was the last session, Q & A session, which lasted for almost four hours. Yes, they were asking me wonderful questions and I couldn’t just pass any of their questions, questions such as:
“One of my best friends is a homosexual and he had a very bad experience with other church folks and doesn’t want to come to church. How can I witness to him?”
“My boyfriend and I are having sex and we know that sex before marriage is wrong/sinful and we tried to stop it but we couldn’t. What do you suggest that we do?”
“I’m in prostitution and I’m addicted to what I do. But I love God and I know that prostitution is wrong/sinful, what should I do to come out of it?”
Yeah! By the time I was through with 90% of their questions, I was knocked out and forgot to say, “Let’s take a picture.” Instead, I said, “Can somebody drop me to my hotel as soon as possible?”
And this morning, I ministered to young people, 10 to 12 year olds. And now I’m heading to spend time with 18 to 30 year old girls only; and I will meet the men only (18 to 30 years olds) on Sunday night.
I can’t wait!
