If Someone Is Caught in A Sin

“Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted.” (Galatians 6:1)

Notice, there is a specific qualification for people who are assigned to restore a person who “is caught in a sin”: They have to be people who “live by the Spirit.” This doesn’t mean living by dreams or visions but by the word of God.

And there is warning to them: “Watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted.” ///
