Two Are Better

What a gorgeous weather out there!

Wow! I got up this morning and I felt like the sun was saying to me, “Good morning, Missy!”

Fantastic! Just a gorgeous and beautiful sun!

And you know what came to my mind this morning then? This verse:

“Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their labor:
If either of them falls down,
one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls
and has no one to help them up.” Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

Did you hear that?

Pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Conversely, the verse says, how blessed is the person who has someone to help him when he falls!

To have a friend in this dark world is the greatest gift anyone can have.

Some people say, “Jesus is my only friend! I don’t need any human friend.” But there is no Bible verse that backs up that statement.

God wants us to have a friend in this world because we can’t make it otherwise.

Good friends know how to make us laugh; they know how to give us that priceless, timeless and invaluable advice that saves us from many regrets. Good friends are not afraid to tell us the truth even if it hurts because they love us. Above all, good friends are always there to help us when we fall.

Yes, it is always “better to be two than one.” ///
