Who is your intercessor, the one that prays for you in heaven, who presents you and your prayer requests to God?

If your answer is Jesus, you are saved from the wrath of God.

The word of God says: “Now there have been many of those priests, since death prevented them from continuing in office;  but because Jesus lives forever, he has a permanent priesthood.  Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.” (Hebrews 7:23-25)

Jesus’ priesthood is permanent because He lives forever!

And God saves completely ALL who come to Him through Jesus Christ because Jesus Christ “always lives to intercede” to those who come to Him.

This Intercessor, Jesus Christ, is the only One who can save us from the wrath of God for He alone carried all our sins, died on the cross for us, raised from the dead and ascended into heaven. Therefore, none other but Christ can intercede for us.

“Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin.” (Hebrews 4:14-15)

Do you have an intercessor in heaven? Remember, the only true intercessor that is acceptable before God is the one who had been through what you are going through today but lived a sinless life.

Is there anyone then who meets these criteria other than Jesus Christ? ///
