Ufff! How I love Mother’s Day!
Only few things in life make me as happy as Mother’s Day! Hello because I am a mother of three beautiful kids?.
But you know what, if you are a woman but don’t have your own children for whatever reason, you are still a mother. I am serious! Let me explain what I mean by giving you one simple example:-
If only men were roaming around on this earth, believe me in this, the earth wouldn’t have lasted this long. It would have exploded in a month or two with air pollution or something. Why? Well, because of all kinds of trash everywhere, including old and broken stuff, rotten foods, dirty clothes, forget bathrooms. I mean, you get the drift, don’t you?
And all men would have died in a very, very short time because of eating all kinds of junk foods, sitting in front of a screen the whole day and the whole night, chilling without any purpose or plan.
Why are all those things not happening now?
Because of us, all women!
We are the mother of this planet. We protect our planet. We even take a good care of our neighborhoods.
And, I forgot to mention this: It is because of us, women, that our pets are able to live a normal and peaceful life! Oh, yes! Men are mean with pets, ants, anything moving except them.
So, we are mothers to our pets too. I mean, we are mothers to every creature on this earth. I am serious!
So, we are mothers just because we are women!
So, happy Mother’s Day to all of you beautiful women out there!
And yes, we all are beautiful! Can you imagine if men were the only ones wondering around on this earth! Yeah! They are very thankful that we, women, who are made of sugar, spice and everything nice, do exist. We give them life just by our existence.
And we, women, tend to usually remember and care for everyone who we meet especially the ones we carried in our own wombs.
You see, when the word of God says,
“Can a woman forget her nursing child
And have no compassion on the son of her womb?” Isaiah 49:15a
you know what it is saying?
it’s saying, how impossible it is for a woman to forget the child she nurses and carries in her womb.
And the word of God says, it is more impossible to God than a mother to forget the ones He recreated in Christ Jesus.
Don’t you love that!

Yes, we, mothers, cannot forget our kids, even so, God never forgets nor forsakes those He knew and chose in Christ Jesus before the foundation of the world (Ephesians 1:4).
May His name be praised forever!
