Are you single? Are you in the process of looking for that “perfect match,” a person who loves you to death, a person who cherishes and cares for you like nobody’s business?
A4P Guest: I am married and have two little kids. My husband and I had sexual problems and we went to church for counseling. I don’t know how I can tell you this, but in short, I am in a relationship with the person who counseled us. I am crying writing this because Missy, I don’t know how I got here. The person I have relationship with sometimes preaches in our church. He doesn’t care about anything. I now missed my period for three weeks. I know, I am pregnant and I don’t think it is from my husband. I feel suffocated. I don’t know what to do, where to go. If this thing comes into the open, many people will get hurt, including my children. Do you think it is a sin for me if I take Plan B now? I am scared. Have you ever heard stories like this before? Or, am I the first one? And do you think there is hope for me and my children?
A4P Guest: I’m 21 years old and I hear some people in my church saying that it is wrong for a girl to ask a man for a date. I don’t agree with that. It might be wrong in the first century because women didn’t even have a right to make their voices heard let alone ask a man for a date; but now, in the 21st century, I think there is nothing wrong with a girl asking a guy for a date. We all are equal, aren’t we? The question shouldn’t be who ask first but whether or not we like each other.
Well, it is the day that the LORD has made and He decided to let me see this day and rejoice in it (Psalm 118:24). Isn’t that a good enough reason for me to rejoice?
Amen! Praise God! Every day is a present from Him!
