When we read stories, books or biographies of Martin Luther, John Owen, John Bunyan, C. S. Lewis, Augustine, John Edwards and more – we notice something common about them all; that is, all of them have battled against sin and all of them had lost the battle, big time!

These days I am falling in love with St. Augustine’s life story and his writings. My! Where was I? I don’t know! Anyways!
By the way, St. Augustine lived during the first century (354 AD to 430 AD).
As a young lad, Augustine was a kind of young man that nobody in the right mind wanted to hang out with, unless of course they had similar lifestyles like his. I mean, Augustine was bad; he was living in the darkest of dark.
“Why Did Your Wife Send You Here For?”
Whenever my husband goes to see his doctor (which is probably once in three or four years), the first question his doctor asks him is this: “Why did your wife send you here for?”
Why?
Is This A Sin?
I sometimes receive these kinds of questions:
“So, if my boyfriend and I don’t have sex but sleep together, is this a sin? If so, can you give me a Bible verse that forbids us not to sleep together?”
“Where in the Bible does it say, “Do not kiss your girlfriend”?”
“Can you give me all the Bible verses where the word of God forbids a couple to live together before marriage?”

The title given to Proverb 6 in the New International Version is: “Warnings Against Folly” and to Proverb 7 is “Warning Against the Adulterous Woman.”

A4P Guest: “Hi Missy, I am 24 years old. My husband and I celebrated our one year wedding anniversary last month. We both are Christians and we love each other. We came to the marriage not having any sexual relationship with anyone. We both grew up in church.
