Defining sexual purity demands point of reference or a standard against which to determine purity or impurity (or immorality). So Appeal for Purity uses only Bible, the Word of God, to define sexual purity. In the Gospel of Matthew chapter 5, we find very intriguing definition of sexual purity Jesus made.
Some people say, “If eternity is like Atlantic Ocean, our life on earth is like a drop from that big Ocean.”
Well, how do you see a drop? As a circle, don’t you? And a circle is a closed shape. There is no continuity to it. It starts at one point, goes around 360 degrees and ends where it started.
When the word of God says, “Flee from sexual immorality,” (1 Corinthians 6:18a) but find ourselves running into the very thing God says run away, we are pretty much saying to God, “You are forbidding me from doing something that is good for me.
