Oh, how I love this song. I love it because I see Christ all over it; I see the grace and mercy of God that is revealed on the Cross of Jesus Christ; a merciful God we all need in everyday of our lives.
Isn’t what the Gospel is all about!
Yes, I was touched to the core of my being by this video the night I saw it; and every time I see it, I can’t resist the urge to love and worship Jesus Christ in whom I live, move and have my being.

For those of you who don’t understand Amharic, the song is all about the mercy of God that is revealed on the Cross of Jesus Christ. The three lines of the song that touched me the most are these (I can’t translate the lyrics word to word; only the thought – I hope my translation is good):
“I love You (Jesus) all over again (because You forgave my sin again);
God satisfied His demand for righteousness on the finished work of Jesus Christ on the Cross.
If anybody wants to know how forgiving God is, just look at me and my life.”
How true that is!
We all are guilty of the original sin and desperately need to come in terms with the finished work of Christ on the cross.
