The root of all sins is unbelief! 

When the word of God says, “Flee from sexual immorality,” (1 Corinthians 6:18a) but find ourselves running into the very thing God says run away, we are pretty much saying to God, “You are forbidding me from doing something that is good for me. After all, I doubt Your goodness. So I disobey You!”

Truth always exposes our ugly and wicked heart, doesn’t it? 

So instead of struggling to stop watching that filthy video, soak your heart and mind with the word of God, the only way to increase your trust and faith in God so that you sin less. 

“So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.”

“I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.”
