The first, well at least, one of the first Gospel songs I was introduced to after I came to Christ Jesus (or, I will say, after God drew me to Christ Jesus, according to John 6:44) is this:
“I surrender all
I surrender all
All to Thee my blessed Savior
I surrender all” by CeCe Winans
Oh, my! You have no idea how much I love this song.
“Then I will be blameless”
. . . . . .
Psalm 19
“The heavens are telling of the glory of God; And their expanse is declaring the work of His hands. Day to day pours forth speech, And night to night reveals knowledge. There is no speech, nor are there words; Their voice is not heard. Their line has gone out through all the earth, And their utterances to the end of the world. In them He has placed a tent for the sun, Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber; It rejoices as a strong man to run his course. Its rising is from one end of the heavens, And its circuit to the other end of them; And there is nothing hidden from its heat. The law of the Lord is perfect, restoring the soul; The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever; The judgments of the Lord are true; they are righteous altogether. They are more desirable than gold, yes, than much fine gold; Sweeter also than honey and the drippings of the honeycomb. Moreover, by them Your servant is warned; In keeping them there is great reward. Who can discern his errors? Acquit me of hidden faults. Also keep back Your servant from presumptuous sins; Let them not rule over me; Then I will be blameless, And I shall be acquitted of great transgression. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my rock and my Redeemer.” ///
Whenever I pray, I bring up some of these passages from the Bible to my memory:-
“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, when his son asks for a loaf, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, he will not give him a snake, will he? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him!” Matthew 7:7-11 NASB

Understanding will watch over you,” Proverbs 2:11 NASB Continue reading “Discretion will guard you”
My day didn’t start very well. I heard something early in the morning that made me feel sad and hopeless.
So, I knelt down at my bedside; I praised and worshiped God and left my anxious thoughts to Him and got on with my day.
“Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:4-7NASB Continue reading New Creation “Doctrine”
“If you want to destroy a society, do the following three things:
1. Target and destroy the family in the society
2. Target and destroy the education system of the society
3. Target and destroy iconic individuals the new and young generation of the society looks up to.
