We Wives Need To – – –

I was outside the whole day and I came home being emotionally, physically and mentally totally drained. I tried to finish something and I was not successful. I had a conversation with someone and it didn’t go well. Somebody got on my last nerve and I tried to get even and I lost the fight, big time. My “Things to Do List” was not even touched by the time the sun went back to her home.

Better to Be Single

It is wonderful to see couples tying the knot to be one, never to be two.
 
As a married person and a teacher in the area of sexual purity, I can’t tell you how I rejoice whenever I see a wedding.
 
Yes, the Bible says that marriage protects us from being soaked in sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 7). What a joy then to see someone escaping such a “ruthless tyrant” as sexual immorality!

“In the Midst A Pious Community”

One of the heroes of faith of the 1900 for me is Dietrich Bonhoeffer.
 
Reading through his writings/books and biographies, you may assume that he is the guy who didn’t struggle with sin especially with sexual sins.
 
Well, not so. He would actually laugh at that assumption if he were to be alive today. (He died at the age of 39, hanged on gallows, because he was one of those few courageous Christian men who secretly conspired to put Adolf Hitler down.)
