God first created everything; then He made Adam, then He took Eve out of Adam and blessed them saying, “Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” (Genesis 1:28 KJV)
Seriously, when I woke up this morning, for a second I thought I was in Ethiopia because this kind of gorgeous weather can only be found in Ethiopia. Sorry, I only speak from what I know.
I said “good” because there are only good and bad marriages. There is no “a perfect marriage”. Perfect marriages only exist in the fantasy world of soon-to-be married or newly married couples.
Jesus, knowing that it was almost time for Him to ascend back to heaven, He decided to set out for Jerusalem. So He sent some of His disciples ahead of Him to Samaria to prepare for Him a place (probably for the last supper). But the people of Samaria didin’t want to welcome Jesus (this is according to Luke’s account – Luke 9).
Being very upset with the Samaritan’s response, James and John suggested that Jesus would get even with those stubborn Samaritans.
