Where Change Needs to Happen First

Wearing new clothes, having a new haircut, changing a church or job, meeting new people, moving to a new city whatnot won’t really make us better Christians.

Until we decide to change our pattern of thinking according to the Word of God, we will continue to act, do, feel and experience the same thing again and again and again. Yes, change has to start first in the mind.

The Word of God says, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” (Romans 12:2) ///

Happy Independence Day!

Happy Independence Day, to all residents of the United States!

I personally love this holiday from all national holidays because it reminds me of the great leaders and personalities America had in the past; men and women who made this nation great and independent!

I love America! It indeed is the land of the free! May God bless America! May all enemies of America be put to shame forever! ///

Did My Brain Start Making Up Stories? Or What?

According to the CBN news, UN committee says, “Taking kids to church violates human rights.”

A few weeks ago, I announced on this page about me traveling to Cincinnati asking, if there was any church in that area. Well, members of one church, Peoples Church, reached out to me, and my family and I went to their church last Sunday morning. So, before I say anything, I want to say “Thank you” to many people. Our Eyes Are On You

One day, the Moabites and Ammonites came to wage war against Jehoshaphat, the King of Judah.
King Jehoshaphat is good at knowing where to turn.
He went directly to the temple and prayed to God, the Creator of heaven and earth. At the end of his prayer, he said:
“We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you.” (2 Chronicles 20:12b)
Just like Jehoshaphat, I’m learning to fix my eyes on Jesus, the Pioneer and Perfecter of my faith (Hebrews 12:2). ///

Check the Expiration Date

A woman’s beauty and charm have a short shelf life. They expire before you even get a chance to introduce her to all your friends; families and co-workers.
But a woman’s internal beauty that only comes from the fear of God has no expiration date. It lives on!
So, before you let yourself fall in love, check the expiration date. ///
