Happy Ethiopian Easter!

I wish I was there in Ethiopia celebrating Ethiopian Easter with my mom, families and with all beautiful Ethiopians! Uff! I so missed all Ethiopian holidays, especially when my dad was around?.

It’s okay. There is a big wedding holiday we all are looking forward to, that is the second coming of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!

Listen:

“Then I heard something like the voice of a great multitude and like the sound of many waters and like the sound of mighty peals of thunder, saying, “ Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns. Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His bride has made herself ready.” It was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. Then he *said to me, “ Write, ‘ Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.’” And he *said to me, “ These are true words of God.” Then I fell at his feet to worship him. But he *said to me, “Do not do that; I am a fellow servant of yours and your brethren who hold the testimony of Jesus; worship God. For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” Revelation 19:6-10 NASB

Isn’t that breathtaking or what! I am serious! What is in store for us in the future is just glorious, but only for those of us who believes in Jesus Christ.

Believing in Christ means, accepting Christ’s work on the cross as it’s done on your behalf, to wash you clean from all your sins and to present you to God as a Saint and by faith, receiving the eternal life God offers through His Son, Jesus Christ. That is all!

Gospel is that simple:

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.” John 3:16 NASB

Happy Ethiopian Easter to all of you!

If you are not celebrating Easter today, happy Saturday and Sunday to you! ///
