Satan Attacks Me

“More Christians are defeated on account of self-reliance, rather than on account of Satanic attack.”

?

So true, isn’t it?

When you don’t find time to pray and read/study the word of God, but have time to do everything else, Satan does not attack you.

I mean, why does he attack you? For what purpose?

He’s already accomplished his purpose. So, he is taking a vacation.

Instead you make a fool of yourself when you say, “Satan attack me.”

When you say that, I think Satan does this:

??????????

Jesus said,

“Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.” Matthew 4:4

Do you know what that means?

It means, you shall only live for the glory of God when you depend on God. When you totally rely on God, reading/studying the word of God will become a matter of life or death for you. Praying and spending time with the Holy Spirit will become number one priority for you.

When you depend on yourself, which is what Satan wants you to do all the time, you leave out prayer and studying the word out of your life. And as Jesus said, you must not live by bread alone. This means, you don’t live as worldly people do, Pagans do.

How do Pagans, people of this world live life?

In the lusts of their flesh, “indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind,” Ephesians 2:3

So, while you do the very thing Satan wants you to do, why does he attack you?

No, my friend. Satan does not attack you. Instead, you attack yourself. ///
