Love Honors God!
Love which doesn’t honor God is not called love but lust.
Lust and witchcraft have some kind of similarity when it comes to how they affect and influence human’s mind and thinking. They both blind us to the truth (Galatians 3:1).
So, you may ask, “How would I know if I am in love or in lust?”
Well, look at the following few questions and honestly answer each one of them:
Misuse the name of the Lord
As Christians, let’s use the name of the LORD in appropriate manner.
The word of God says, “You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.” (Exodus 20:7)
What Sort of Craziness
So, when a man comes to church, if he sees a woman half naked, will he lose his “purity?”
Where does the Bible say, “Women, dress appropriately so that men in your church will keep their purity?”
For me, a woman, the Bible says: “Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.” (1 Peter 3:3-4)
