One of my good friends sent me this picture few minutes ago and made not only my day but my husband’s day too. Thank you my friend!

You may ask, “Is there a lesson here to learn?”

Well, yes and here is the lesson:

Husbands, be wise when you talk to your wives. I am serious! This is my sisterly advice for this weekend.

But at the same, somebody may ask, “Are you promoting “a glass of wine a day?”
And my answer is: No, I am not even if they say, “One glass of red wine a day is good for your heart.”

We respectfully say, “No, thank you,” to their research findings because we read in the Bible that the Spirit of God is the only One who can give to our hearts love, peace and joy which are the main sources of health to, not only our hearts, but also to all our vital organs, including our brains.
(Philippians 4:4-7, Galatians 5:22-23, Romans 14:17)
“Do not be wise in your own eyes;
fear the LORD and shun evil.
This will bring health to your body
and nourishment to your bones.” (Proverbs 3:7-8)

“My son, pay attention to what I say;
turn your ear to my words.
Do not let them out of your sight,
keep them within your heart;
for they are life to those who find them
and health to one’s whole body.” (Proverbs 4:20-22) ///
