I Rebuke You Satan

We all Christians are called to be ambassadors of Christ (2 Corinthians 5:20).

Ambassadors of Christ are the ones who live out their faith.

The one thing ambassadors of Christ are good at is this: They give the reason for the hope that they have for anyone who asks them and they give answer with gentleness and respect because the word of God says:

“- – – Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect,” (1 Peter 3:15)

When someone approaches and asks them this: “You believe in a man named Jesus Christ. You believe that He is God but Jesus never said He is God. Jesus even said, “Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone” (Luke 18:19). And why don’t you believe what Jesus said? He said in effect that, “I’m not God, there is God up there and I ain’t Him.””

Ambassadors of God don’t reply saying, “I rebuke you Satan in the name of Jesus Christ!”

Are you kidding me? They won’t say that because they know what they believe and they are very good at giving reasons for the hope they have. And  above all, they are very good at destroying Satan and all his schemes by the best weapon called, “It’s written, – – -” the weapon Jesus used.
