The Warrior; That is YOU!

May the name of Jesus Christ be praised forever for blessing us with this beautiful and brand new day!

Praise God!

And today is the day that is set aside to thank our fathers. Above all, it is a day we praise our heavenly, eternal, powerful, merciful and compassionate Father who has adopted us as sons and daughters through Jesus Christ.

May His name be praised forever!

Thank You, Father!

And, happy Father’s Day to all of you fathers out there!

I especially want to dedicate this Father’s Day to that brand new father and to a young father who has young children under his care.

Yes, you the young father has the next generation in your hand. What you choose to do with your children will determine the condition of the next generation. Yes, don’t see your call “a father” lightly. Mentor your children to hate this world but love God. Don’t say, “I am weak, I can’t do that” because Holy Spirit is with you, the grace of God is on you and God’s anointing is all over you since you believe in Jesus Christ.

Look at the following passage of Scripture:

Children are a heritage from the Lord,
    offspring a reward from him.
Like arrows in the hands of a warrior
are children born in one’s youth.
Blessed is the man
whose quiver is full of them.
They will not be put to shame
when they contend with their opponents in court.
” Psalm 127:3-5

Wow! Did you read that?

Your children are not only “like arrows” but “arrows in the hands of a warrior”. Do you know what a warrior does with his arrows? He sits at one spot and throws his arrows, one by one, and he ought not to miss any of his targets.

Just beautiful! Your children are those arrows that are in the hands of a warrior.

And guess who the warrior is? You! You in whose heart Christ lives!

When your children contend with their opponents in court, listen to this, “They will not be put to shame.” Hallelujah! Because of who? The warrior; that is YOU!

So, happy Father’s Day to you, brand new father and father of young children! ///
